Our courses, learner accounts, and payments are hosted on our learning platform at learn.aicircl.com, which is powered by Graphy (Spayee Solutions Pvt. Ltd.). Payments are processed by Graphy’s third-party payment partners. Your use of the learning platform is also subject to Graphy’s applicable terms.

1. All sales are final — no refunds

aicircl sells non-tangible, irrevocable digital products (“Digital Products”) — including but not limited to online courses, downloadable Google Sheets, templates, prompt libraries, automation blueprints, PDFs, and other digital materials. Because these products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, copied, and kept, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any purchase once payment is confirmed and access is granted.

2. Why we don’t offer refunds

The moment your enrolment or order is confirmed, you receive immediate and full access to all materials on learn.aicircl.com — fully downloadable digital artifacts that cannot be “returned.” By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital product with instant delivery, and that you waive any right to a refund.

3. Course fee credited towards a Done For You build

While we do not issue refunds, we do not want you out of pocket for having tried to build the system yourself first. If you buy the My Automated Business course and later decide you would rather we built it for you, the course fee you paid is credited in full against the price of any Done For You package you order within 90 days of your course purchase. The credit applies once, to one order, is not transferable, and is not redeemable for cash. To claim it, contact us with the email address used for your course purchase before your Done For You order is invoiced.

4. Please review before you buy

We encourage you to read the full course/product description — and watch the free preview where available — before purchasing, to make sure it is the right fit. If you have any questions before buying, contact us and we will be glad to help.

5. Trouble accessing your product? (Support, not refunds)

If you have any problem receiving, accessing, or downloading your course or product, contact us and we will make it right by restoring your access. This is technical support, not a refund.

6. Billing errors

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment or technical error, contact us within 7 days with your payment reference and we will correct the duplicate charge. This applies only to genuine billing errors, not to product refunds.
