Last updated: 14 July 2026
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how aicircl (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information of users of aicircl.com and our learning platform learn.aicircl.com (the “Platform”). It applies to all users of the Platform (“Learners”, “You”, “Your”).
By accessing and using the Platform, providing Your Personal Information, or otherwise signalling Your agreement, You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information described in this Policy and our Terms of Use. If You do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Capitalized terms not defined here are defined in our Terms of Use.
“Personal Information” means information that identifies a Learner — e.g., first and last name, email address, age, date of birth, gender, location, photograph, and/or phone number. “Sensitive Personal Information” includes passwords and financial data (except truncated card digits), health data, official identifiers, and other categories treated as sensitive under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), the GDPR, and the CCPA (“Data Protection Laws”).
We collect personal and non-personal information when You visit or register on the Platform. We do not ask for Personal Information unless we truly need it; we do not share it except to comply with law, provide our services, or protect our rights; and we do not store it on our servers unless required for ongoing operation.
To improve your experience and measure performance, the Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies.
We use Your information to: provide access to the Platform and our services (customer service, fulfilling purchases, verifying information, resolving issues); improve and customise the Platform and maintain safety (prevent and investigate fraud and misuse); and communicate with You about Your orders, offers, and updates, and to respond to Your requests. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by writing to us. We do not make automated decisions creating profiles beyond what is described here.
Service providers: we may employ third-party companies (including Graphy, our learning-platform and payment provider, and analytics/advertising providers) to facilitate and provide our services on our behalf. They have access to Personal Information only to perform tasks for us and are obligated not to use it for other purposes. We do not sell, trade, or exploit your personal-identifiable information.
You may limit the information you provide, limit the communications you receive (except those required for legal or security purposes), and reject or remove cookies via your browser. Some features may not function if certain information or cookies are unavailable.
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights including the right to confirmation and access, correction, nomination, and erasure of your Personal Information. To exercise these, use the options available within the Platform upon login, or write to us at the Grievances contact below. We may need additional information to verify your identity.
We take measures reasonably necessary to protect against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of Personal Information. We limit disclosure to employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations who need it to provide services and who have agreed to keep it confidential, and to lawful requests by courts or government/law-enforcement agencies where we believe in good faith it is necessary.
Your information is stored, processed, and transferred on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers and databases located in India, and may also be processed in other countries depending on our affiliates and service providers. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfer.
We retain your information for as long as required for the purposes stated above, including for legal and compliance obligations. Where we cannot delete certain public content, we will anonymize your Personal Information so you can no longer be identified.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (including partners, payment providers, and sponsors) whose practices we do not control and are not responsible for. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
India: rights of confirmation and access, correction, grievance redressal, to be forgotten, and erasure under applicable Indian data-protection law. UK / EU / EEA: GDPR rights including access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, data portability, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. California (CCPA): the right to know, access, and delete Personal Information, to opt out of certain activities, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We have not sold Personal Information.
We may modify this Policy from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Please check this page frequently.
