Answers to common questions about your aicircl account and courses. Our courses run on learn.aicircl.com (powered by Graphy). For anything not covered here, email aicircl.connect@gmail.com.
You need an account before taking a course. Go to learn.aicircl.com, open the menu, and click Login/Register, then Sign Up. Enter your email ID and password to register.
Create an account first. After logging in, open the menu and go to My Courses. Tap the Gift icon at the top right, enter your access code, and the course is added to your My Courses section.
After you purchase a course (or redeem an access code), it appears in your My Courses section on learn.aicircl.com. Click the course image to start.
Use the Forgot Password link on the login screen to reset your password; a new password is sent to your registered email. If the issue persists, email aicircl.connect@gmail.com with the details.
Check that you are using the same email you used to purchase or redeem the access code, and look in your My Courses section. If it is still not there, email aicircl.connect@gmail.com.
